  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry vegan gelatin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and almond extract until combined. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  3. Whip cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Spread half the filling over the crust, layer with sliced strawberries, then add the remaining filling on top.
  5. Prepare the vegan gelatin according to package instructions and pour over the final layer.
