  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 pear
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • ½ cup parsley

  1. Prep the pear by peeling, slicing, and dicing it. Mix with lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey strips until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess fat.

  5. Remove from heat; add half of the cooked turkey strips, parsley, and black pepper.
