  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • Thin tomato slices (from 1 medium red tomato)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Spread honey mustard on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  2. On two slices (mustard side up), layer cheddar cheese, turkey slices, tomato slices, spinach, and another slice of cheddar.
  3. Top with remaining bread slices (mustard side down) to form sandwiches.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  5. Once melted, add one sandwich to the skillet; cook until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). Repeat with the second sandwich.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
