  • 100g dark chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips)
  • 100g almond paste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into four triangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and almond paste until well blended.
  4. Take one triangle of puff pastry and place about a tablespoon of the filling near the wide end. Roll towards the point to form a crescent shape.
