  • 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.
